Evo Morales Possible Re-election

Bolivian people will decide whether they want President Evo Morales to be able to run for re-election. The Bolivian Congress voted by two-thirds of 166 members to approve the law calling for the constitutional referendum which will be held Feb 21, 2016. The referendum will ask Bolivians whether a two term limit for presidents should be amended and it will then decide if Morals will be able to run for office again.
