Plans For A Nuclear Complex

President Evo Morales has announced plans to build a nuclear complex worth $300m including a research reactor. It will be made with Russian technology and help from Argentina. The project has received critiscism from opposition politicians and fears of environmental impacts, but Morales reassures them and the public that, "It poses no risk to humans or to mother Earth [...] It doesn’t contaminate the ground, nor water, nor air." It is to be built in La Paz.
